Account and registration

No. Each person may hold only one account on megabandar. If we detect multiple accounts under the same identity, we will close all of them and forfeit any balance. This rule applies even if you use different email addresses or payment methods. If you have forgotten your password, use the password-recovery link on the login page instead of opening a new account. If you need to close your account and open a fresh one, contact our support team and wait at least 30 days before registering again.

Account verification typically completes within one business day. When you register, we ask for your name, email, phone, and identity document number. Before your first withdrawal, we verify your identity by comparing your documents against official records. Our weekly cashback offer returns a percentage of your net losses each week. The percentage and terms vary by account tier and are displayed in your account dashboard. Cashback is calculated on net losses (total bets minus total winnings) across all games during the week. Cashback is credited to your account on Monday morning and can be withdrawn or used to place new bets. Cashback is subject to terms and conditions, which are available in your account settings.
